CHESDIN LANDING
Chesterfield County, Virginia

Located on one of the best fishing lakes in Virginia, Chesdin Landing is an upscale golf course community. Preserving the natural habitat was a top priority for this project. Koontz-Bryant provided full civil engineering and survey services for this 2300 acre development. The project included construction documents for approximately two miles of offsite state road, an 18 hole golf course, construction of a fifteen acre recreational facility with pool and tennis courts, one mile of entrance parkway, and fifteen miles of interior subdivision roads and waterline. Our survey group provided construction stakeout services for all phases of this work.
