Koontz-Bryant, P.C. provided the land planning, design surveys,
civil engineering, wetland permitting, and landscape architecture
for the 80 acre retail/industrial subdivision. The site contains
a 30 acre commercial site with main anchor store and adjacent commercial
retail stores, approximately 5500 l.f. of four lane, curb and gutter,
super-elevated, divided highway and approximately 3500 l.f. of undivided
access road. Construction documents included the design of storm
water management ponds, storm sewer systems, public water and sewer
to serve the development. Architecture was provided by BSW International,
Tulsa Oklahoma.
