Koontz-Bryant, P.C. provided full civil design services including
design surveys, site and utility design and construction administration
for all civil infrastructure related to the $25 Million dollar school
expansion. The Steward School is situated on a 35 acre site just
west of Richmond, Virginia. The student population consists of K-12th
grade and the expansion includes a new soccer field, multi-purpose
field, tennis courts, multipurpose gymnasium seating approximately
1000, fine arts building, and library/administrative building, parking
facilities for approximately 300 vehicles, public utilities, storm
drainage and storm water management. Architectural services were
provided by Marcellus Wright Cox and Smith Architects, Richmond,
Virginia and Landscape Architecture services were provided by Van
Yahres Associates Landscape Architects, Inc. out of Charlottesville,
Virginia.
