EXPERIENCE
Mr. Fitz has over twenty-four years experience in the planning, design, contract administration and management of land planning and/or landscape architectural projects. Projects representative of Mr. Fitz's experience include:

Project manager/planner responsible for the preparation of master plan and re-zoning exhibits of Forest Lakes and Forest Lakes South a 600+ acre mixed use development in Albemarle County, Virginia. Involvement also included the site design (layout, grading, swimming pools, landscaping, and lighting) of two soccer, swim & tennis recreation facilities, sales center, multifamily projects and main entrance boulevard. Responsible for the preparation of the tentative subdivision plans for much of the development.

Project manager/planner responsible for the preparation of master plan and re-zoning exhibits of Glenmore a 1200+ acre private residential/golf/equestrian development in Albemarle County, Virginia. Involvement also included the golf course routing with golf course architect and the site design (layout, grading, pools, landscaping, lighting) of the Country Club, swim & tennis recreation facilities and attached housing communities. Responsible for the preparation of the tentative subdivision plans for much of the development.

Landscape architect responsible for the landscape design of the following attractions located in Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, Virginia: "Land of Dragons" children's play area, "Drachenfire" roller coaster, Remote Control Boats and the pedestrian entrance plaza to Brewery Hospitality Center.

Landscape architect responsible for the entrance(s) re-design of Kingsmill a mixed used development in Williamsburg, Virginia. Design included entrance signs/structures, columns, fencing, landscaping and lighting.

Project manager/landscape architect responsible for the planning and/or contract administration for two years for all automated access gate systems, landscaping, irrigation, well and fountain work for United Dominion Realty Trust's northern region which was comprised of 30,000 apartment units at 100 communities located in five states.

Landscape architect responsible for the site design for the Seal residence located in Windsor Farms, Henrico County, Virginia. Design included site layout, grading, terraces, swimming pool, pool house, walls, fencing, landscaping and lighting.
