Mr. Workman has over 19 years experience in investigative engineering, consulting, administration, management, and inspection of engineering projects.

MeadWestvaco, Richmond, Virginia-Project managed the evaluation of numerous product storage tanks and processing vessels, including confined space entry and non-destructive testing. Project managed the removal, demolition and disposal of deteriorated product storage tank. Designed and project managed the fabrication and installation of a new product storage tank. Prepared a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment for the Cofer Road Facility.

Amica Mutual Insurance-Investigated water damage at a condominium and at a private residence.

First Market Bank, Richmond, Virginia-Prepared a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment.

Claims Service Corporation-Performed an engineering evaluation of a residential water purification system.
