We are an 80-person, two-office firm with aggressive growth goals.  Koontz-Bryant practices open-book management.  Every month, all staff meet to recognize company and individual accomplishments.  Here we discuss the company’s financial performance, and we distribute profits quarterly.  Our atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, hard-working, and client-focused.  Many of our employees enjoy the outdoors, and participate in activities such as hunting, kayaking and canoeing, playing on the company softball team, and golfing. We look for employees who are willing to work hard, solve problems, and who can help us grow.

Greensboro , the “City of Connections ,” offers big city opportunities without big city hassles.  The city has a diverse and friendly population, and is close to Charlotte and Raleigh.
